Summary: I would suggest that they post the shuttle schedule ahead of time. It was hard for me to get to the hotel because I called three times to the hotel to get a shuttle and they never picked up my call, when I asked the receptionist she said she was probably busy which shouldn’t be an answer, they should answer the call and then ask to wait if they are that busy, in order to get to the hotel by myself I had to take a bus and walk for like 15 minutes in a very lonely trail that wouldn’t look safe at night, I messaged the app and they sent the schedule when I was already at the hotel.

Summary: Its ok, nothing more. Promoting free airport transfer and then you have to pay for the service back to the airport. I think that felt a bit like being fooled. Next time I will choose another hotel

Summary: The room that they gave me was not clean. At the entrance of the bathroom and on the bed there were clusters of hair.I photographed and showed them to the receptionist. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. He changed the room immediately and apologized. But for an ACCOR hotel, I found the level of cleanliness less than expected.

Summary: the room was good. the bathroom was very small and having to pay for the shuttle back to the airport was preposterous. We do not pay to go in but pay to come back, it is like holding people hostage. Very poor decision to charge people. I will not stay there again because of that.
